Policies

Shipping:

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. Usually less than 1 week, I try my best to get them out ASAP but I am only one person! Custom pendants and giveaways may take longer to ship. 
  • All domestic orders are shipped through First Class Mail or Priority and tracking will be sent via email.    
  • Orders over $100 will include insurance.            
  • For international shipping please allow extra time, and I am not responsible for extra fees that may be inquired via seizes or customs.
  • Please make sure you are entering your correct shipping address. I am not responsible for lost packages after shipping, however, I will work with you to help find them if needed.                                          

Do you accept returns or give refunds?                                                        

  • No refunds or order cancellations. Once an item has shipped, I cannot control anything that happens during delivery such as damaged packages, lost mail or delayed delivery. If any of your pieces arrive damaged/broken, or you received the wrong piece, please send me an email and we can work out a solution.                                  

Will you repair damaged jewelry?                                                                   

  • I will repair reasonable damages for free (buyer pays for shipping). Send me a message and a picture of your item so we can work something out!
